AKT Legal was founded by Anna Tran, a family lawyer with extensive experience assisting clients in a wide range of family law matters including matters with family violence.
She has experience in early dispute resolution, mediation, court advocacy and helping families resolve matters efficiently while protecting their interests.
Anna understands that separation, parenting disputes and financial matters are deeply personal, and she is committed to providing clear and practical advice and strong advocacy during what can be one of the most challenging times in a person’s life.
In addition to family law, Anna provides comprehensive wills and estate planning services in Macarthur and South West Sydney.
Outside of practice, Anna is a mother of two, a devoted dog owner and a passionate car enthusiast. She enjoys spending time at the beach, family life and bringing the same energy, precision and focus to her practice that she applies to her personal interests.
Her passion for family law is grounded not only in legal experience, but in a genuine understanding of the importance of stability, security and future planning for families.
